The Mildura and District Branch of the Australian Labor Party has thrown its support behind the push for same-sex marriage in Australia, saying they intend to push this agenda at the party’s National Conference in November. Tasmania’s lower house has this week become the first in the country to vote in favour of changing the law to allow for same-sex marriage.
